What does Clarity Online actually do?

I help businesses strengthen their digital reputation and build genuine trust online.

That includes everything from customer reviews and local visibility to strategy, systems, customer feedback and online credibility. The goal is not just to "look good online", but to create a reputation that genuinely reflects the quality of the business.

Is this just about Google reviews?

No — Google is often an important part of it, but reputation goes much further than reviews alone.

It's also about:

  • how your business is perceived online
  • how customers talk about you
  • how visible you are in search
  • how you handle feedback
  • and how trust is built over time

What makes you different from a typical marketing agency?

I specialise specifically in reputation, reviews, customer trust and how people actually choose businesses online.

My background is a mix of strategy, technology, SEO, customer psychology and digital systems — not just traditional marketing. I also prefer honest, long-term reputation building rather than overly polished "marketing speak".

Is this marketing or customer service?

A bit of both.

It works best for businesses that genuinely care about long-term trust and customer experience — not businesses looking for shortcuts or artificial reputation tactics.

Can you help us get more reviews?

Yes — but in a natural and ethical way.

I don't work with fake reviews or aggressive tactics. The focus is on creating smart systems and customer journeys that encourage genuine feedback from real customers. The aim is always authenticity and long-term credibility.

We already have good reviews. Do we still need help?

Very often, yes.

Many businesses have excellent ratings but aren't actively using them strategically. There's usually untapped potential in how reviews, customer trust and online reputation can support growth, visibility and conversions.

Do you only help companies with bad reviews?

Not at all.

In fact, many of the businesses I work best with are already delivering a great service. The issue is often that their online presence doesn't fully reflect the quality of what they actually do.
